Can I create my own E-Mail Accounts when I want?

    Members with Control Panel access can create, modify and delete E-Mail accounts all live on the Web. The Control Panel can be accessed here.

    All Domain Hosting members (Web Hosting) and ISP accounts with 2 or more E-Mail address automatically qualify for free Control Panel access.  What is Control Panel access?

    Control Panel access is an automated online system in which the account owner can log in using their Account ID # and password, and manage all the functions of E-Mail. This is specifically handy for large corporations and all web hosting members.

    The Control Panel allows a member to :

    1. Add new E-Mail accounts Live  (once created, instantly activated)
    2. Delete exising E-Mail accounts
    3. Change the password of any E-Mail accounts
    4. Manage Majordomo Mail Lists
    5. View and modify mail aliases


 I want to make changes to my Company account. How?

    To make modifications to your account, please visit our My Account access center.


 I need to change some E-Mail passwords.   How can I do this?

    Depending on your account, if you have Control Panel access or not, use one of the following methods :

      Control Panel Access :

      The online management system is accessed by adding '/siteadmin' to the end of your web address, which is domain-specific. Either of the following two examples will load up the control panel. (Note : Substitute domain.com for your actual domain name)

      • http:// www.domain.com / siteadmin
      • http:// mail.domain.com / siteadmin

      Members with NT/Microsoft based hosting will need to use the second address to reach the control panel.
