| I can send mail OK, but when they reply, it fails. Why? |
When you configured you mail options in your PC's E-Mail program, you entered your E-Mail address, your account name, and other options. There was an option for reply address that you had the option to fill out. If that option was not filled out, then it uses the E-Mail address by default. If it is filled out, then that address is used when people hit their reply button to answer your E-Mails.
This error normally happens when you have misconfigured your main E-Mail address or your reply address. If someone hits reply, and does not catch the error, and tries to send the E-Mail - it will fail.
Review your settings, and send an E-Mail to yourself. When that E-Mail arrives, hit "reply" and see what address is automatically put into the To: slot. That will help you troubleshoot your error.
